Jade & Jude Homes was created from a deeply personal place—our love for our grandmother, Luz Maria. She bravely navigated a long journey with dementia, living in several care facilities over the years—some warm and supportive, others not equipped to meet her needs. Experiencing those highs and lows firsthand showed us how dramatically the quality of care can impact a family’s peace of mind.

 

Inspired by Luz Maria’s strength, her fierce devotion to family, and her desire to always be surrounded by loved ones, we envisioned something different: a true home where families feel supported, residents are cherished, and care is delivered with dignity, compassion, and respect. That vision became Jade & Jude Homes.

Here, our family genuinely cares for yours. We live on-site, ensuring a constant presence, warm connections, and a level of attentiveness that larger facilities often can’t provide. Although Luz Maria is no longer with us, her spirit guides everything we do. Every decision, every detail, and every act of care is rooted in the love she showed and the lessons she taught us.
